Most furniture typically dries within 12–24 hours, depending on fabric type, humidity, airflow and how much cleaning was needed. Thicker cushions and heavily soiled pieces can take longer. For faster results we offer an optional Turbo Drying Service for $50.
Yes! We clean area rugs of all sizes and materials, plus runners — in homes, apartments, offices and commercial spaces.
For most homes we recommend professional cleaning every 6–12 months. Homes with children, pets or allergies, or heavy daily use, may benefit from cleaning every 6 months for a healthier, fresher environment.
Yes! Depending on availability we often offer same-day and next-day appointments. Contact us and we'll do our best to fit you into our schedule.
For safety reasons we don't move heavy furniture such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers or large cabinets. We're happy to clean accessible areas and can carefully move light items when possible — this protects your furniture, floors and our technicians.
We always do our best to eliminate pet odors and urine contamination, and in many cases achieve excellent results. However, if urine has penetrated deep into the cushions, padding or frame, complete odor removal can't always be guaranteed. Our goal is to improve the condition as much as possible and set honest expectations.
Not always. Some stains — especially on delicate, natural or light-colored fabrics — may be permanent due to age, previous cleaning attempts, dyes or chemical reactions. We use the safest, most effective methods available, but no professional cleaner can guarantee 100% stain removal in every situation.
100%. We use only professional, eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions — safe for children, pregnant women and pets. If it isn't safe for our dog Perseus, it never touches your furniture.
Yes — that's our specialty. We test every fabric first and choose the right method, including low-moisture cleaning for delicate and natural materials.
We quote by phone or from a photo of your furniture. The final price stays the same unless the soiling is critical or the fabric needs special care — and we always warn you about that in advance. Minimum call-out is from $149.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right and further improvement is possible, we'll gladly return and address it at no additional charge. Please note the age, condition and type of fabric can affect the final outcome.
